A man was found dead on Wednesday in a car that was parked in the middle of the road in Diginia belt of Jammu city.
The Delhi High Court on Sunday took suo motu cognizance of a clash which broke out over a parking dispute inside Tis Hazari Court Complex here on Saturday.
