Uttar Pradesh Finance Minister Rajesh Agarwal said that the budget would take the state forward on the high trajectory of growth which has been pegged at 10 per cent in the next five years.
The arrest comes days after raids were conducted by the Income Tax department at 22 locations in Delhi, Gurugram on companies and people associated with Lalu.
