Bombay High Court’s Office of Official Liquidator puts up Sahara Group’s Aamby Valley city project in Pune for public auction for a reserve price of Rs. 37,392 Crore.
A case is being heard in the Supreme Court involving Subrata Roy and the SEBI over a dispute of returning money to its investors.
The apex court also warned Sahara, saying it will auction Aamby Valley project if the latter fails to deposit the amount of Rs. 5000 crore (approx.).
Sahara has filed a list of properties to the apex court which would be put to sell.
