Weather: Torrential rains ravage life in Himachal; Schools, colleges shut in Shimla

Anupam Kashyap Deputy Commissioner Shimla in an official order said that all schools and colleges including government and private, ITIs, polytechnics, nursing institutes, and Anganwadi centres will remain closed.
