The Chandigarh District Court framed charges of abduction against the accused son of BJP Haryana unit president Subhash Barala, Vikas Barala, and his friend Ashish, in connection with the stalking case against them.
“Neither we tried to politicise this issue nor to pressure or influence the Chandigarh Police in the probe. Whatever allegation is being made we want the police to probe the same efficiently. I don’t think police is being careless on this issue,” Barala said
“Investigation is being done in Varnika Kundu case. Whatever action is required it will be taken against Vikas in this case. BJP bats for daughter’s freedom and Varnika Kundu is like my daughter. Neither I nor BJP is pressuring anyone in this matter,” Barala said.
“I believe to protect party’s image and to protect our party from all the criticism he should resign. I think values come from home. If we have not given them proper values only then they are resort to do such things,” Saini said.
