The death toll in the suicide blast outside Data Darbar, a Sufi shrine located in Lahore, rose to 11, authorities said on Thursday.
According to the report, Kabul’s acting police chief, Mohammad Daoud Amin, stated that a suicide bomber detonated his explosives in the door way of the offices.
