US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has said that Washington will continue to play its stabilising role in the Indo-Pacific emphasising that it is the fastest-growing region on the planet.
Vijay Gokhale, who is on a three-day visit to US, is likely to discuss bilateral, regional and global issues of common interest with Mike Pompeo. His visit comes at a time when tensions between India and Pakistan remained escalated in the aftermath of the air strike.
