Big Breaking: UP BJP announces new team, 64 leaders get responsibilities; Rohit Mishra to lead Yuva Morcha

The much-awaited list of office-bearers for the Uttar Pradesh BJP has been released. The party has assigned various responsibilities to a total of 64 individuals.

Lucknow: The long wait within the Uttar Pradesh BJP-anticipated by everyone from party workers to political circles-has finally ended. State President Pankaj Chaudhary has announced his new team. Amidst ongoing discussions regarding organizational expansion, the released list includes the names of 64 office-bearers.

State Executive Committee Formed After Six Months

Speculation regarding the new executive committee had been rife ever since BJP State President Pankaj Chaudhary was elected unopposed. Pankaj Chaudhary assumed the role of Uttar Pradesh BJP President on December 14, 2025. His team has been unveiled more than six months after he took office. Deliberations regarding organizational changes and the allocation of new responsibilities had been ongoing within the party for a long time.

64 Office-Bearers Entrusted with Responsibilities

A total of 64 office-bearers have been included in the released list. This includes the appointment of 19 State Vice-Presidents, while 8 leaders have been assigned the role of General Secretary. Additionally, 19 State Secretaries have found a place in the team. To strengthen the organization at the regional level, the party has appointed 6 Regional Vice-Presidents.

Rohit Mishra Gets Command of Yuva Morcha

The appointment of the Yuva Morcha President was a major topic of discussion regarding the new team. The BJP has entrusted the responsibility of the Yuva Morcha to Rohit Mishra. The Yuva Morcha is considered a crucial wing of the party, tasked with expanding the BJP's reach among the youth and strengthening the organization at the grassroots level.
