Ram Temple changes darshan timings, entry now allowed till 8.30 pm; Check aarti schedule

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has released a new schedule for Ram Lalla’s darshan. Ram Temple trustee Dr. Anil Mishra stated that autumn is beginning. Therefore, some changes have been made to Ram Lalla’s darshan period.

Lucknow: With the arrival of autumn, the darshan period for Ram Lalla in Ayodhya has been changed. Since October 23rd, devotees have been able to visit Ram Lalla at the Ram Temple from 7 a.m. This continues until 9 p.m. The aarti timings have also been changed. The temple doors remain closed for an hour in the afternoon for aarti and bhog.

Darshan will be closed from 12 noon to 1 p.m.

Ramlala aarti, which used to take place at 4 a.m., will now take place at 4:30 p.m. Additionally, Ram Lalla's Shringar Aarti is being held at 6:30 am instead of 6:30 am. Darshan now begins at 7 am instead of 6:30 am. Bhog is offered to Ram Lalla at 12 noon. During this time, darshan is closed from 12 noon to 1 pm.

Ram Lalla's evening aarti is held at 7 pm. After this, devotees will be able to have darshan until 9 pm. The temple is closed with the Shayan Aarti at 9:30 pm. Due to autumn, changes have also been made to Ram Lalla's offerings. To protect him from the cold, he is bathed in lukewarm water in the morning. The amount of dry fruits in the offerings has been increased. As the cold intensifies, Ram Lalla will be covered with a quilt and dressed in woolen clothes.

4:30 AM - Mangala Aarti
6:30 AM - Shringar Aarti - Entry through the Darshan Marg opens
7:00 AM - Darshan begins
12:00 PM - Bhog Aarti - Entry through D-1 closed
The doors will remain closed from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM
1:00 PM - Darshan begins
9:00 PM - Entry through D-1 closed
9:15 PM - Darshan ends
9:30 PM - Shayan Aarti - Doors close again
