Minimum temperature drops below 4 degrees Celsius, creating cold wave conditions

In some places in western Uttar Pradesh, the minimum temperature has dropped below 4 degrees Celsius, creating cold wave conditions. Meteorologists Atul Kumar Singh and Mohammad Danish said that there is no possibility of any significant change in the next 48 hours.
