Mainpuri: Samajwadi Party’s National Chief General Secretary, Professor Ram Gopal Yadav, visited Mainpuri today. Upon his arrival, he held a meeting with party workers in the Bhogaon Assembly constituency and gave directions regarding the SIR process.
Interacting with the workers, he said that the party is fully engaged in making the public aware about the SIR matter. Ram Gopal Yadav stated that he had requested the Election Commission to extend the SIR timeline by three months, but the Commission granted only a one-week extension.
He added, “BLOs are under tremendous pressure, the form-filling work is going on continuously, and the party workers are fully involved in it. We hope the district administration will also cooperate.”
