Video: Amid ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ chants, Nitin Nabin takes charge as BJP national working president

Newly appointed BJP Executive National President Nitin Nabin formally assumed office in Delhi, receiving a grand welcome at the party headquarters. The BJP also announced the name of the new Bihar state president during the event.

New Delhi: Nitin Nabin, the newly appointed Executive National President of the BJP, arrived in Delhi and proceeded directly from the airport to the party headquarters. He was greeted by party workers chanting ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai,’ while Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva and senior leader Vinod Tawde welcomed him at the airport. At the headquarters, Nabin was showered with flower petals, as several MPs, senior leaders, and party workers gathered to catch a glimpse of the new executive president.

Upon arrival, outgoing National President JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah personally welcomed Nitin Nabin. Other senior leaders, including Union Ministers Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, Giriraj Singh, and Ravi Shankar Prasad, extended their congratulations and best wishes. Nitin Nabin, a two-time minister in the Bihar government and five-time MLA, had offered prayers at Patna’s Mahavir Temple before leaving for Delhi. Shortly after he assumed office, the party announced Sanjay Sarawagi as the new Bihar BJP state president.
