Raebareli: Panic erupted on Thursday when a fire broke out at a coach restaurant located outside Bachhrawan railway station in Raebareli. Smoke was first noticed coming from the kitchen area, prompting immediate action from both the restaurant staff and nearby locals. Initial attempts to douse the flames using fire extinguishers and water proved insufficient as the fire spread rapidly. The incident was promptly reported to the fire department, which dispatched teams to the site without delay.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire originated near the stove and gas line in the kitchen, quickly engulfing the area in smoke. Two fire brigade vehicles arrived and battled the flames for nearly half an hour before bringing the situation under control. Thanks to the timely response, the fire was contained without causing major damage to the restaurant or surrounding areas. All staff members managed to evacuate safely, and no injuries were reported.
