US President Donald Trump is strengthening ties with Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Turkey—nations unfriendly to India. Read more on Dynamite News to know what’s behind the growing connections.
New Delhi: Have you ever thought about why US President Donald Trump is currently getting closer to countries with which India does not have good relations—like Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Turkey? This is a matter of concern for India, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
It is not that Trump's interest in Pakistan is limited to crypto currency only, but his aide and his son's friend Gentry Beach, who himself has been involved in many controversies, is now talking about business deals worth billions of dollars in Pakistan and its neighboring countries.
Gentry Beach visited Pakistan in January, where Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif himself hosted him. After this he also went to Bangladesh and Turkey. Then, after returning to America, he told Trump and his close aides that a huge amount of money can be earned through oil, gas, minerals, and real estate in Pakistan.
The matter does not end here—in Bangladesh he met Muhammad Yunus and talked about bringing huge FDI into the oil, gas, and defense sectors there too. All this happened at a time when relations between India and Bangladesh were already under tension.
It is worth noting that Gentry Beach's name has been in controversies before. In 2018, a report told how he funded crores of rupees for Trump's election campaign and then reached high levels in the US administration.
Now the same person is trying to expand business in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Turkey. With regard to Pakistan, his eyes are on the minerals there. He claimed that Pakistan has minerals worth more than 50 trillion dollars. In Turkey, he claimed that it could become the world's next factory in place of China.
Another shocking thing has come to light—World Liberty Financial, a company owned by the Trump family, has struck a deal with Pakistan's "Crypto Council." This council has been formed recently, and its aim is to make Pakistan the crypto capital of South Asia.
Trump's sons Eric and Donald Jr., as well as his brother-in-law Jared Kushner, are behind this deal. All of them are roaming around different countries in search of big deals. He is accused of taking advantage of his old connections with the White House to strike deals for personal gain.
Amidst these incidents, the Pahalgam terror attack in Pakistan also took place—and all this seems to be part of a larger chain.
