New Delhi: The latest episode of India's Got Latent Season 2 has triggered a fresh controversy after contestant Sakshi Jha, a teacher and social media creator from Bihar, made a series of remarks about men that quickly went viral on social media.

Her statements during the audition drew criticism online and earned her zero points from every member of the judging panel.

Social Media Divided

Following the episode's release, Sakshi's audition sparked widespread debate online. While many users criticised her remarks as offensive and labelled them an example of "toxic feminism," others argued that the comments should be viewed as part of a comedy audition. The episode continues to generate discussion across social media platforms.

Controversial Audition Goes Viral

During her performance, Sakshi described herself as a "man hater" and said she disliked men because of what she called "generational trauma." She also made a controversial remark about wanting to "beat her husband after drinking," along with comments about her father, brother and grandfather, which became the focus of online discussions after clips from the episode spread across social media.

A social media user took a clip from Sakshi's set and wrote, "The second-hand embarrassment I felt as a woman," adding, "I think we can collectively say we don't claim her."

"The 'feminist' who got cancelled by women. Many people mistakenly believe feminism means "women vs men", when that is not the case", another user wrote on Instagram.

Panel Rejects the Performance

Host Samay Raina and judges Tanmay Bhat, Vishal Dadlani, Raghu Ram and Yashraj Mehra unanimously awarded Sakshi zero points, making her the first contestant this season to receive a clean sweep of zeros. The live audience also responded with chants of "zero" when asked to rate her performance.
