Yoga asanas for hair growth; To truly heal, you must address the cause, not just the pain.

Uttanasana : Like Downward Dog, this forward bend increases circulation to the head. It's also a great pose for calming the nervous system and reducing stress.

Vajrasana : While not an inversion, practicing Vajrasana after meals is believed to improve digestion. Good digestion  directly impacts hair health.

Pawanmuktasana: This pose helps to release gas and improve overall digestion. A healthy gut ensures that your body efficiently absorbs vitamins and minerals vital for hair growth.

Matsyasana : This pose stimulates the thyroid gland, which plays a significant role in hair growth and texture. A well-functioning thyroid contributes to healthy hair. 

Kapalbhati Pranayama: This powerful breathing technique purifies the frontal brain and improves blood circulation to the head.

Anulom Vilom Pranayama: This balancing breath calms the mind, reduces stress, and improves oxygen flow throughout the body, including the scalp. Stress is a major culprit for hair problems.

Sarvangasana: dramatically increases blood circulation to the head and scalp. This nourishes hair follicles, promotes growth, and can help prevent hair fall.

Stress Reduction:. Regular yoga practice, encompassing asanas, pranayama, and meditation, is highly effective in managing stress, thereby promoting healthier hair.

Mindful Diet & Hydration: While not a yoga pose, traditional yoga emphasizes a wholesome, balanced diet (Sattvic food) and adequate water intake.
