Italian luxury sports manufacturer Ferrari is expanding its portfolio in Indian market. The company has introduced the new Amalfi Spider, the convertible version of its Amalfi grand tourer in India. The luxury sports car has been launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 4.6 crore. The pre-booking of the car has started across the country. The luxury convertible was launched in global market in March 2026.

The Amalfi Spider serves as Ferrari’s entry-level convertible sports car and is distinguished by its electrically operated folding soft-top. The company claims that the roof top can be opened or closed in just 13.5 seconds at speed of up to 60 kmph.

In terms of exterior and styling, the newly introduced Amalfi Spider closely mirrors the coupe. It carries forward the proportions first seen on the Roma, featuring a long-sculpted bonnet, muscular fenders, and a clean aerodynamic profile.

In terms of interior, the cabin features a dual-cockpit design philosophy. The interior features a 15.6-inch fully instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch central touch screen infotainment system and an 8.8-inch passenger display.

Apart from this, other highlights of the convertible consist of Level 2 ADAS and an active rear spoiler.

Ferrari Amalfi Spider Powertrain

The Amalfi Spider is powered by a 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine that generates640hp and 760Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with an 8-speed dual cluster automatic gearbox.

The company claims that the car can go from 0-100 kmph in just 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 320kmph.

Mechanically, the Amalfi Spider remains identical to the coupe with the folding fabric roof being the key difference between two body styles.
