New Delhi: Tata Motors has launched its iconic SUV, the Tata Sierra 2025, in the Indian market with a completely new look, modern features, and powerful performance. The company has reintroduced this iconic SUV after years of absence, and now the SUV is ready to offer customers a new experience with a more premium design, robust body structure, and advanced safety features. The new Sierra is offered in six monotone color options and three engine options, enabling it to meet the diverse needs of customers.

Sturdy Strength Shown at Launch Event

During the launch event, Tata Motors emphasized the strength and safety capabilities of the Sierra 2025. The company stated that during a rigorous testing process, one Sierra collided head-on with another. Passengers remained safe in the collision, all doors opened easily, and the fuel system remained completely sealed without any leaks. Seatbelts held passengers securely in place, and the body structure absorbed the impact, ensuring the cabin remained safe. This performance demonstrates that the new Sierra has been designed to provide the same high safety standards in frontal and side impacts.

Safer with ADAS and Advanced Safety Technology

The new Tata Sierra 2025 features Level-2 ADAS technology, making driving safer and easier. This technology includes over 20 advanced safety features that instantly identify potential hazards on the road and guide the vehicle in a safe direction. Six airbags are standard across all variants, along with seatbelt anchor pre-tensioners and ISOFIX for child safety. Three-point ELR seatbelts are available for all passengers, making this SUV a safer choice for the entire family.

Powerful Performance with Three Engine Options

The Tata Sierra 2025 has been launched with three engine options, allowing customers to choose the model they prefer based on performance and mileage. These include a 1.5-liter Cryojet diesel engine, a 1.5-liter TGDi Hyperion turbo petrol engine, and a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated Revotron engine. These engines are not only strong in power delivery but also offer a suitable option for both long-distance and city driving.

Pricing, Bookings, and Color Options

The new Sierra is priced at ₹11.49 lakh (ex-showroom). This is an introductory price and will be available for a limited time only. Bookings will begin on December 16th, with deliveries to customers beginning on January 15th. It is offered in six attractive colors: Bengal Rouge, Andaman Adventure, Mintal Grey, Coorg Clouds, Pristine White, and Munnar Mist, allowing customers to choose their preferred color.

New Tata Sierra is ready for tough competition

With its price, features, and design, the Tata Sierra 2025 will directly challenge popular models like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Toyota Hyryder. With advanced technology, robust safety, and a retro-modern look, the new Sierra presents a strong claim in this segment and is expected to be a preferred choice for customers in the future.
