RJD supporters surrounded the car of Deputy Chief Minister and BJP candidate from the Lakhisarai constituency, Vijay Kumar Sinha, who threw slippers at him and shouted "death to him" slogans, preventing him from moving forward. Deputy Chief Minister and BJP candidate from the Lakhisarai constituency, Vijay Kumar Sinha, said, "These are RJD goons. The NDA is coming to power, so bulldozers will run over their roofs. These goons are not allowing me to go to the village."

BJP candidate Vijay Kumar Sinha further said, "These are RJD goons. Even before coming to power, these goons are protesting to get the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar out... The SP here is cowardly and weak who is coming here and saying that the voting is going on peacefully... If any kind of incident happens, we will protest here... Shame on such administration..."
