Patna: A shocking incident has come to light in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Two innocent children were burnt alive in Janipur police station area, due to which both died. In which there is a boy and a girl, both are said to be aged 10 to 15 years. Both the children belonged to Shobha Devi, a nurse working in AIIMS, and Lalan Kumar Gupta, who live in Janipur.

The deceased have been identified as 14-year-old Anjali Kumari and 12-year-old Anshu. It was told that both the children were sleeping in the house, suddenly their bed caught fire. The fire was so fierce that the children got caught in it and could not survive. As soon as the information of the incident was received, Janipur police station and Phulwari Sharif's police sub-divisional officer Deepak Kumar reached the spot.
Both the children had returned home from school. Their parents were not present at home at that time. Then unknown criminals entered the house and locked the children in a room and set them on fire. After the fire, both of them died a painful death on the spot. When the local people saw smoke coming out of the house, they informed the police. Janipur police station reached the spot and started investigating the whole matter.
