Maruti Suzuki Partners with Indian Oil to Expand Vehicle Service Network
New Delhi: Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) to establish vehicle service facilities at select Indian Oil fuel retail outlets across the country, aimed at improving customer convenience.
Service Facilities at Fuel Stations
Under the partnership, customers will be able to access routine maintenance, minor repairs, and major vehicle services at these service points located within IOCL fuel stations, making servicing quicker and more accessible.

Leveraging Indian Oil’s Vast Network
Indian Oil operates more than 41,000 fuel retail outlets nationwide. This extensive network will help Maruti Suzuki expand its after-sales footprint beyond its existing 5,780 service touchpoints across 2,882 cities.

Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer (Service), MSIL, said the collaboration will make car servicing easier by taking services to locations frequently visited by customers. IOCL Director (Marketing) Saumitra P. Srivastava highlighted Indian Oil’s focus on enhancing customer experience through value-added services.
