Crime wave shoots up political temp in Bihar; Now bank manager body found in Patna well

The police received information that a body was lying in a well located in a field in Beur area. After the information, the police reached the spot and took out the body from the well.

Patna: Bihar has perhaps turned into a crime state. One after the other number of crimes have been happening for the last many days. This wave of crimes has triggered the political temperature in the state, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

Now another sensational case has come to light from Patna, where the body of Lombard Bank branch manager Abhishek Varun has been found in a well under suspicious circumstances. Abhishek Varun, who lived in Patna's Kankarbagh area, had attended a party in Ramakrishna Nagar area with his family on Sunday night.

The police have taken the body into custody and started investigation, while there is chaos in the family.

Left Home Sunday Night

Abhishek left home with his family on Sunday night to attend a function. After the program was over, he sent his wife and children home and stayed back saying that he was going to a friend's house.

At around 3 am, Abhishek spoke to his wife on the phone and told her that he had met with an accident. After this, his phone was switched off and he never came in contact again. The family tried to find him all night in Ramakrishna Nagar, bypass and nearby hospitals, but no clue was found.

Reliable sources say, 'After the function, he sent his family home and stayed back at the venue. Later, he went missing. His wife said that after reaching home, she called him to ask when he would return. Abhishek told that he was on the way.'

Sources further say, 'However, at around 3 pm, he called again and informed that he had met with an accident. After that, his phone was switched off and there has been no contact with him since then. The family members, in panic, were searching for him since morning in hospitals near the party venue and in the bypass area but could not find any trace of him.'

Since Abhishek went missing, his family members and local people were constantly searching for him.

FIR Lodged

His family lodged an FIR at Kankarbagh police station. The police immediately formed a team and started investigation. Police station in-charge Dharmendra Kumar said that a police team has been sent to the spot and ASP Abhinav has also said that the matter will be investigated seriously. The police started investigating all aspects of this incident, but now his body has been found.
