New Delhi: A shocking triple murder has sent waves of fear through Delhi’s Laxmi Nagar area, where a man allegedly killed his own mother, younger brother, and sister. The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of the Laxmi Nagar police station.

According to police sources, the accused, identified as Yashveer, allegedly poisoned his 45-year-old mother, 26-year-old sister, and 12-year-old brother by mixing a sedative into their food. After they lost consciousness, he allegedly killed all three. Following the crime, Yashveer did not attempt to flee and instead walked into the Laxmi Nagar police station and surrendered.

Accused Surrendered Immediately

The accused’s surrender immediately alerted police officials, who rushed to the scene. What they found inside the house left even senior officers stunned. The bodies were discovered in a room, and forensic teams were called in to collect evidence.

The incident has created an atmosphere of panic and silence in the neighborhood. Neighbours said they were unable to believe that Yashveer could commit such a horrific act, describing the family as normal and quiet.

Police have taken the accused into custody and registered a case of murder. An investigation is underway to determine the motive behind the killings, including whether mental health issues or family disputes played a role.

Police investigation underway

According to the information received, he told the police that the deceased were his mother Kavita (46 years old), sister Meghna (24 years old), and brother Mukul (14 years old). As soon as this information was received, police teams immediately reached the address provided. Upon inspection, the bodies of the mother, sister, and brother were found inside the house.
