New Delhi: A prominent Indian-origin industrialist has been shot dead in Canada. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for the murder.
According to Canadian media reports, Indian-origin industrialist Darshan Singh Sahasi was murdered in Abbotsford, Canada, while he was traveling in his car.

The attacker was alone and fled the scene in a Toyota Corolla. When police arrived at the scene after receiving reports of the shooting, Darshan Singh was found in critical condition.
Police rushed him to the hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries. Canadian police stated that the investigation is still in its initial stages and detailed information will be released soon.
Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Claims Responsibility
Canada-based gangster Goldy Dhillon shared a post on social media claiming responsibility for the murder of Darshan Singh Sahasi. Goldy Dhillon is associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
In the post, Goldy Dhillon claimed that the victim was involved in drug trafficking and was ignoring the gang's demands for money. However, the police have not yet confirmed this and have stated that they are investigating the alleged involvement of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in Darshan Singh's murder.
