Life-threatening attack on Ashutosh Brahmachari on train after filing case against Shankaracharya

Prayagraj: Ashutosh Brahmachari, who filed a sexual harassment case against Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda, was attacked with a deadly weapon on the Rewa Express train between Fatehpur and Sirathu railway stations in Kaushambi district. Ashutosh Brahmachari was attacked with a sharp-edged weapon, leaving him bleeding profusely.

Saved his life by locking himself in train restroom

During the attack, Ashutosh Maharaj saved his life by locking himself in the train restroom. He suffered multiple injuries. Ashutosh, bleeding profusely, is on his way to Prayagraj and is currently out of danger. The attacker wanted to cut off his nose.

Suspicion of conspiracy to attack Shankaracharya

Ashutosh Brahmachari suspects a conspiracy by Shankaracharya Avimukteshwarananda and some of his associates behind the attack. He has filed an FIR with the Prayagraj GRP in this matter. Ashutosh Brahmachari is being taken to the hospital for medical attention.

Sexual Harassment Allegations Against Avimukteshwarananda

Ashutosh Brahmachari had made serious allegations of sexual harassment against Shankaracharya Avimukteshwarananda. He claimed that young people and religious students from flood-affected areas were brought to ashrams and mistreated. Following this allegation, he also filed a case in court.

Allegations Confirmed in Press Conference

At a press conference held in Prayagraj, Ashutosh Brahmachari made several serious allegations against Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati. He publicly described alleged misconduct in the ashrams and named certain individuals. Brahmachari said that those who call Maa Ganga dirty cannot bathe in the Ganges.

Further Legal Action

Following Ashutosh Brahmachari's complaint, additional legal action is likely against Shankaracharya and others. The investigation is ongoing, and the police are thoroughly investigating all aspects of the case.
