‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain!’ set to go off air
Mumbai: Popular sitcom Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain!, known for its massive fan following, is reportedly set to go off air after an impressive 11-year run. The unexpected development has come as a shock to its loyal viewers.
The news is particularly surprising as Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain 2.0 premiered only a few months ago, marking the return of Shilpa Shinde as Angoori Bhabhi. She had stepped back into the role, replacing Shubhangi Atre. However, according to a report by The Times of India, the revamped version of the show is now likely to be discontinued.

The decision is reportedly not driven by the makers but by major restructuring at &TV. With new management taking over, the channel is expected to shift its strategy and transform into a paid re-run platform, focusing primarily on archived content rather than launching new shows.
As per reports, the cast and crew are scheduled to shoot the final episode on April 5, 2026, with the last episode likely to air on April 16, 2026.
There had been speculation that the show might move to an OTT platform like ZEE5, but those reports now appear to be untrue. Instead, the show is expected to end permanently.
