New Delhi: Ranveer Singh starrer 'Dhurandhar' has created a storm in theaters since its release. Aditya Dhar's spy action thriller, released on December 5th, has collected Rs 126 crore in just four days, making it one of the biggest opening films of the year. Audiences are showering praise on the film's story, action, and the performances of the star cast. Notably, the film is trending on social media not only because of the hero but also because of the powerful villain.
Following the film's tremendous success in theaters, people are curious to know when and where 'Dhurandhar' will be streamed on OTT. According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, the digital rights of the film have been sold to Netflix for a massive sum of Rs 130 crore. Most notably, this deal is for both parts of 'Dhurandhar'—'Dhurandhar'-1 and 'Dhurandhar'-2, each valued at Rs 65 crore. This means the producers have already made a huge profit from the digital platform alone.
Although the official OTT release date has not yet been announced, according to regulations, any new Hindi film can only be streamed on digital platforms 8 weeks after its theatrical release. Based on this, 'Dhurandhar' should be available on Netflix in the last week of January or the beginning of February 2026. However, this will be confirmed soon after an official announcement. Given the popularity of 'Dhurandhar', the release date for its second part has already been decided. The second part of the film will be released in theaters on March 19, 2026.
