Mumbai: Bollywood fans have a reason to celebrate as Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday’s upcoming film, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, finally has a confirmed release date. The romantic entertainer, marking the second collaboration between the duo after the hit Pati Patni Aur Woh, is all set to hit theatres on December 25, 2025, promising a festive holiday treat for moviegoers.
The film, produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, has been among the most talked-about projects of the year. Shooting for the movie began in May 2025, with both leads reportedly sharing an excellent rapport on set.
Dharma Productions, known for its high-profile romantic comedies, appears to be keeping its signature blend of entertainment and style intact, positioning the film as a surprise addition to the year-end release calendar.

The official announcement of the release date was accompanied by a new poster in which Ananya Panday is playfully seen piggybacking Kartik Aaryan. Kartik shared the poster on social media, captioning it, “I am coming again!! This time CHRISTMAS 25th DECEMBER #TuMeriMainTeraMainTeraTuMeri.”

The film’s release has seen several changes over the past year. Initially, the makers had scheduled it for February 14, 2026, to coincide with Valentine’s Day. Later, in September 2025, Kartik announced a new release date of December 31, 2025. However, the makers have now finalized December 25, 2025, as the day audiences can finally enjoy the much-awaited romantic comedy on the big screen.
Another point of interest for fans is the reunion of Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar. The duo had previously faced a public fallout during the controversial Dostana 2 project, which led to the film being shelved temporarily.
