India's Presence, No Award

India didn't win this year, but Priyanka Chopra made headlines as an award announcer and with her fashion statement. India's first Golden Globe in history was won by V. Shantaram in 1959. Later, A.R. Rahman and M.M. Keeravani received the honor. This year, Payal Kapadia's film *All We Imagine as Light* was nominated but failed to win.

The Golden Globes 2026 once again proved that strong storytelling, direction, and performances are the keys to a real win and this year, 'One Battle After Another' delivered just that.
