New Delhi: A heated confrontation unfolded on Lock Upp 2 after actress Shivangi Joshi was left in tears following an interaction with fellow contestant Shreya Kalra. The incident prompted actor Harshad Chopda to step in and confront Shreya, with other contestants intervening before the situation escalated.
In a viral clip from the reality show, Shivangi Joshi is seen crying while speaking to Harshad Chopda and Akanksha Chamola. According to Shivangi, she had asked Shreya Kalra if she was feeling unwell, but alleged that Shreya responded rudely, leaving her upset.
Unable to hold back her emotions, Shivangi broke down in tears as she recounted the incident to her co-contestants.
Seeing Shivangi distressed, Harshad Chopda became visibly angry and rushed to confront Shreya Kalra. However, Shivangi Joshi and Akanksha Chamola intervened and stopped him before the argument could intensify.
The altercation soon drew the attention of other contestants inside the house.
Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi have previously worked together and share a close friendship. The duo appeared together in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 4, and their camaraderie has continued on Lock Upp 2.
Hosted by Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan, Lock Upp 2 features celebrity contestants living together in a prison-themed setup while competing through tasks, alliances and challenges. The reality show streams on Netflix, with new episodes released from Saturday to Wednesday.
