New Delhi: US President Trump threatened military strikes if Iran pursues its nuclear program, responding to Tehran’s refusal to halt uranium enrichment. Tensions escalate after recent US-Israeli attacks on Iranian nuclear sites, despite Iran’s openness to dialogue. The standoff over nuclear ambitions deepens.

According to information received from Washington, US President Donald Trump has once again given a strict warning to Iran. Trump said that if Iran continues its nuclear program, the US may again take military action on Tehran. The statement comes after the comment of Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, in which he said that Iran would not stop uranium enrichment.

In an interview with Fox News, Araghchi said that Iran's nuclear facilities have suffered serious losses from the US and Israeli attacks. However, he also said that the evaluation of damage is still going on. Describing uranium enrichment as the achievement of Iranian scientists and the symbol of national honor and pride, Araghchi said that this program will not be stopped at any cost.

Reacting to this, Donald Trump reacted sharply. He said, "Iran cannot be allowed to place atomic bombs. Araghchi's statements confirm that the US has taken the right steps. If needed, we can again attack Iran's nuclear sites."

However, Araghchi also clarified that Iran is not closing the door to talking to America. He told them that the health of Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, is fine, and they are actively watching work.

Significantly, there has been a long tension between America and Iran about the nuclear program. The US and Israel allege that Iran is developing nuclear weapons, while Iran claims that its program is only running for energy and development.

Last month, the US attacked Iran in support of Israel. The US Army demolished bunker buster bombs at Iran's three nuclear sites. Since then, the stress between the two countries is at an extreme.
