Daisy Shah Says Bappa Brings New Happiness Every Year

Daisy explained that her connection with the festival remains deeply personal despite the celebrations following a familiar tradition every year. For her family, Ganpati stays at home for one and a half days. During this short period, the household prepares to welcome devotees and share homemade prasad with everyone who visits.  The actress said the festival creates a special atmosphere in the house and makes everything feel more positive.

Gujarati Ladoo Is Part of Daisy’s Ganpati Tradition

Food is another important part of the family’s Ganpati celebrations. Daisy revealed that her family prepares a traditional Gujarati ladoo made with wheat flour and jaggery for Bappa. The homemade delicacy is prepared every year and is also served as prasad to devotees who visit their home during the celebration.

Despite the short duration of the festival at her house, Daisy said the family makes sure that everyone who comes for darshan receives the same homemade prasad prepared for Lord Ganesha.

Daisy Shah on Spirituality and Social Media Negativity

The actress also spoke about the importance of spirituality in dealing with the negativity that can often surround social media. According to Daisy, spirituality can influence the way a person thinks, reacts and looks at situations. She suggested that people facing online trolling do not always need to respond to every comment. Daisy said ignoring trolls can sometimes be the simplest response. For situations where a response is necessary, she believes people can calmly put forward their perspective instead of reacting impulsively. Her comments reflect the importance she places on maintaining perspective while navigating the highly reactive environment of social media.
