But lately, it’s also become more expensive, especially in cities. What once felt like an effortless habit now comes with a second thought. Is coconut water truly as beneficial as it’s believed to be, or has its reputation grown larger than its actual impact?

How much is enough?

You don’t need much.

A small serving-around 100 to 150 ml (roughly half a tender coconut)-is usually sufficient. It fits easily into a daily routine without overwhelming your system.

Some people prefer having it on an empty stomach for quicker absorption, though that’s more of a preference than a necessity.

Coconut water isn’t a miracle drink-but it’s far from useless.
