New Delhi: Beyond his political career, former Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha is also well-known for his lifestyle and fitness regimen. Raghav Chadha once revealed a secret behind his fitness: he stated that while he eats everything, the method of preparing his food is always healthy, and he places great emphasis on portion control.
He shared that he is a huge fan of Punjabi cuisine; however, even when indulging in it, he never forgets to prioritize his health. For instance, if Raghav decides to eat a paratha, he prefers to opt for a Jowar (sorghum) paratha.
In an interview, Raghav Chadha mentioned that he absolutely loves eating mangoes and incorporates them into his diet in various creative ways. He even shared the recipe for the healthy and guilt-free mango shake that is prepared in his home.
In his household, the mango shake is prepared with a healthy twist. Instead of using regular cow or buffalo milk, they use almond milk, which makes the drink both lactose-free and low in calories. Healthy Almond Milk Mango Shake
First, wash and peel the mango, then cut its pulp into small pieces.
Add the mango pieces, chilled almond milk, and cardamom powder into a blender jar.
If you prefer extra sweetness, add one teaspoon of honey. Strictly avoid using sugar.
Blend the mixture thoroughly until it becomes smooth. First, add the soaked chia seeds to a glass, then pour in the prepared mango shake. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve chilled.
