The Mahayuti achieved a decisive victory in Maharashtra’s municipal corporation elections. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) emerged as the single-largest party, winning over 1,300 of the 2,869 wards. Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena secured over 360 wards, while the Congress surprised many by winning over 300 wards.
