The driver who breached security at the Delhi Legislative Assembly has finally been arrested by the olice. In this case, three accused persons, including the car driver, have been arrested.

New Delhi: The car that broke through barricades and entered the Delhi Assembly premises was recovered by the Delhi Police shortly after the incident. In this case, three accused persons, including the main accussed and the suspected car driver, have been arrested. The police are currently interrogating all three individuals, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

What happened inside?

Eyewitnesses said the car briefly circled inside the premises, reportedly moved towards the Speaker’s office where a bouquet was placed, and then quickly exited the area. Allegations have also surfaced that ink was thrown on the Assembly Speaker’s car, though the claim is still under investigation and has not been officially confirmed.

This incident has exposed the Assembly's security system. Such an intrusion into such a sensitive location suggests a significant security lapse. The administration is reviewing all entry points and preparing to further strengthen security.
