New Delhi: Strong earthquake jolted people’s sleep in Delhi-NCR region in thursday morning. This tremor, which was felt for about 10 seconds, caused panic in the area. People ran out of homes, offices and shops and rushed to safer places. This earthquake was so strong that tremors were felt in many buildings and many people thought it better to get out immediately without caring about their lives.

At 9:04 am, earthquake jolts were felt in Rohtak, Haryana. The intensity of this earthquake was measured at 4.1 on the Richter scale. But its jolts were also felt in the surrounding areas including Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad. Due to the earthquake jolts, people came out of their homes and offices in panic.
