New Delhi: Speculation over a possible Union Cabinet reshuffle has gained momentum, with discussions on social media platforms suggesting that Prime Minister Narendra Modi may announce changes to the Council of Ministers in the coming days.

However, the Centre has not issued any official confirmation regarding a Cabinet reshuffle or changes in ministerial portfolios. Despite this, online discussions and media reports have triggered speculation among political observers.

Among the names being discussed prominently are Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Several social media posts have claimed that Pradhan could be removed from the Education Ministry or assigned a different role, while Sitharaman may be given charge of the Education portfolio if a reshuffle takes place.

The rumours gained further attention after reports suggested that Prime Minister Narendra Modi met President Droupadi Murmu last week. Following the meeting, several political analysts began anticipating possible changes in the Union Cabinet.

A number of posts on X have since circulated possible ministerial changes, but none of these claims have been officially confirmed by the government.

The possibility of a Cabinet reshuffle remains a subject of political discussion, with further clarity expected only after an official announcement from the Centre.
