New Delhi: Union Minister of Coal and Mines G Kishan Reddy launched the KOYLA SHAKTI dashboard and the CLAMP portal in an event held here in the National Capital.
The KOYLA SHAKTI dashboard and CLAMP (Coal Land Acquisition, Management, and Payment) portal will ensure more efficiency, transparency, and data-driven governance in the coal sector.
Vikram Dev Dutt, Secretary, Ministry of Coal; Rupinder Brar, Additional Secretary, and Nominated Authority; Sanoj Kumar Jha, Additional Secretary; Sanjeev Kumar Kassi, Joint Secretary were present on the occasion. Besides senior officials of the Ministry, industry leaders, and key stakeholders from across the sector were also there in attendance.
Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister of Coal and Mines, G Kishan Reddy said that Koyla Shakti Dashboard is a major step forward in integrating the entire coal value chain on a unified digital platform. It will enhance transparency, and enable data-driven governance across the sector.

"The CLAMP Portal represents another significant milestone in the Ministry’s efforts to promote transparent, efficient, and citizen-centric digital governance. The portal, embodies the Government’s commitment to enhancing accountability and reducing procedural delays in land acquisition processes for coal-bearing areas...." said the Union Minister.
Vikram Dev Dutt, Secretary, Ministry of Coal, said that the Koyla Shakti Dashboard and CLAMP Portals exemplify the Ministry’s reform-oriented and futuristic approach. He said that both the platforms will serve as catalysts for improving transparency, accountability, and governance standards across the coal value chain.

Rupinder Brar, Additional Secretary and Nominated Authority, said that the Koyla Shakti, Smart Coal Analytics Dashboard (SCAD) has been conceptualized as a unified, real-time digital platform. This platform will integrate data from multiple sources across the coal value chain and will ensure seamless coordination among stakeholders.
The Koyla Shakti Dashboard is a pioneering digital platform that integrates the entire coal value chain from mine to market on a unified interface.
Koyla Shakti is a comprehensive decision-support system that enables data-driven governance, optimizes resource allocation, and strengthens supply chain management ensuring transparency, efficiency, and technological innovation as envisaged in the vision of 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat' and 'Minimum Government, Maximum Governance'.
