New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to close the registration process for the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 examination today, October 24, 2025. Candidates aspiring to appear for the Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 exam must complete their registration before the deadline through the official website, csirnet.nta.nic.in

The examination serves as a gateway for determining eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship in Indian universities and colleges. CSIR UGC NET December 2025: Last Date for Fee Payment

The application fee is structured as follows:

General category – Rs 1150/-

General-EWS/OBC(NCL) category – Rs 600/-

SC/ST/PwD/PwBD/Third Gender category – Rs 325/-

Candidates can pay the fee via net-banking, debit/credit card, or UPI. Additional service charges, if applicable, will be levied by the concerned bank or payment gateway provider.

Correction Window for Applications
