

Delhi received rain again on Monday morning and the Indian Meteorological Department has predicted moderate to heavy rains across Delhi and NCR on July 14.
Delhi Airport issued advisory
New Delhi: In view of heavy rains in the capital Delhi, Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) on Monday asked passengers to consider other alternative modes of transport including metro to reach the airport and avoid delays. Delhi received rain again on Monday morning and the Indian Meteorological Department has predicted moderate to heavy rains across Delhi and NCR on July 14.
DIAL said in the advisory, "According to the forecast of the Indian Meteorological Department, the weather in Delhi is bad. Our on-ground teams are working closely with all stakeholders to make your journey hassle-free. Passengers are advised to consider alternative modes of transport including Delhi Metro to reach the airport and avoid possible delays."
Traffic jam after rain in many areas of Delhi
Heavy rains also occurred in Delhi on Sunday, causing waterlogging and traffic jams in many parts of Delhi. Traffic jam occurred at Rajiv Chowk due to slow movement of vehicles after heavy rains. It has been raining continuously in Delhi since Wednesday, due to which many areas including Bindapur in Uttam Nagar have been waterlogged. The roads here are submerged in water. After heavy rains, traffic also came to a standstill in many parts of the national capital.
