New Delhi: People of Delhi and NCR (National Capital Region) will see a big change in the weather from this week. People who have been experiencing strong sunlight and mild heat till now will now start feeling coolness in the morning and evening.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned that the weather is going to take a complete turn from October 15.

The morning will start with light fog

According to IMD, light haze (fog) will start appearing in Delhi-NCR from Wednesday, i.e., October 15, which will deepen in the coming days. This fog will be felt in the early hours of the day, and as October 20 approaches, the fog will become denser.

Where till now cold was being felt only at night, now the drop in temperature can be felt in the morning also. Visibility may decrease due to fog, which may also affect traffic.

Signs of falling temperature even during the day

Although no major change has been seen in night and day temperatures, IMD has indicated that day temperatures may also drop in the coming days. Instead of strong sunlight, light cool winds and the presence of clouds will now be felt.
