New Delhi: Arjun Ram Meghwal, the Minister of Law and Justice of India, addressed a press conference in the national capital on Monday, where he reflected on the policy developments achieved over the past 11 years under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Focusing on the theme of social justice, he stated that the government’s initiatives have effectively met their core constitutional objectives in this domain.
The Minister explained that the government examined the concept of social justice through the fundamental spirit of the Constitution. The administration studied these principles in depth and continued to engage with them through ongoing parliamentary debates.
Illustrating the impact of welfare schemes, Meghwal remarked that when a family living in a temporary or makeshift structure is able to move into a permanent home due to government support, it represents authentic social justice. He underscored that such improvements in living conditions reflect the broader success of the present administration’s policies.
During his interaction with a Dynamite News correspondent, the Law Minister also discussed the condition of education in government schools. He said that strengthening public education remains a vital part of India’s social justice framework. Improving infrastructure, ensuring access, and enhancing learning environments in government schools, he added, continue to be priority areas for the government.
