Gurugram: 5 dead, 1 injured as overspeeding car hits divider on Highway

Gurguram Police PRO Sandeep Kumar said that a total of four people had died on the spot and the fifth succumbed to injuries in the hospital.

Gurugram: At least five people were killed and one person injured after an speedy car hit a divider on Gurugram-Delhi-Jaipur Highway early Saturday morning near Jharsa.

Gurguram Police PRO Sandeep Kumar said that a total of four people had died on the spot, and out of the two people sent to the hospital for treatment, one succumbed to injuries.

PRO further said that the high-speed car lost control. As a result it crashed violently into the Highway divider.

The deceased have been identified as Pratishtha, Aditya, Gautam, Lavanya and Soni.
