New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the scanned OMR sheets of candidates who had appeared for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test- Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026. With this now, the candidates are eargerly awaiting their NEET UG 2026 result announcement.
Once released, Candidates who appeared for the medical entrance exam will be able to download the NEET UG 2026 results through the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.

Earlier the provisional answer keys were released by the NTA, following which now the candidates’ response sheet has been released. It is to be noted that, the agency will release the final answer key before announing the results. Candidates can use the NEET UG 2026 final answer key to calculate their probable scores in the exam.
The NEET UG 2026 re-exam was conducted on June 21, 2026 amid paper leak controversy. However, the agency has assured candidates that the delay caused by the cancellation of the original examination will not affect the admission schedule. The evaluation will be carried out on priority so that counselling can begin without further delay.

Typically, NEET results are declared by the testing agency about 30 to 40 days after the exam. This implies that students can expect their scorecard anywhere between 21 and 31 July. The process leading to result announcement is generally preceded by release of provisional answer key, followed by an objection window and the final answer key, which is released on the same day as the result.

After closing the objection window closes, candidates can expect the final answer keys, following which NTA is going to to declare the results of the re-conducted NEET-UG 2026. Cansidering previous years' candidates can expect their NEET results by July 21. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth on the portal to download their NEET UG results 2026.
