Owaisi Slams Afridi as ‘Joker’, Demands FATF Grey List for Pakistan After Pahalgam Attack

Hyderabad: Owaisi gave a befitting reply to Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi, demanding to put Pakistan on the grey list, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi used harsh language while giving a befitting reply to Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi and the Pakistan government.

Owaisi rejected the questions raised by Afridi on the Indian Army after the Pahalgam terror attack and even called him a 'joker'.

Sharp reaction to Afridi's statement

Shahid Afridi had raised questions on the Pahalgam attack and said, "Why was the Indian Army not present when the terrorists killed people? You have an 800,000-strong army in Kashmir, and this still happened. It means you are inefficient and useless if you can't provide security to the people"

On this, Owaisi strongly countered and said, "These are the jokers who are questioning the Indian Army. Pakistan should be immediately included in the grey list of FATF."

Compared Pakistan to ISIS

Owaisi sharply criticized Pakistan in a public meeting and called it equivalent to the terrorist organization Islamic State (IS). He said, "Pakistan is a sponsor of terrorism and is killing innocent people just like ISIS."

Owaisi's counter-attack on the nuclear threat

On Pakistan's nuclear threats, Owaisi said, "Pakistan repeatedly threatens with a nuclear bomb. But remember, no country will remain silent on the killing of innocents." He further said, "Which religion are you talking about? You are worse than Khawarij."

Demand to put Pakistan on the grey list

Owaisi demanded from the Indian government that Pakistan should be again put in the grey list of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). He said, "Pakistan is sponsoring terrorism with illegal money. It is very important to include it in the grey list."

Said Pakistan is behind India

Owaisi attacked Pakistan's economic condition and said, "Pakistan is half a century behind India. They are jealous of our progress and that is why they resort to terrorism."

Condemning the attack and calling for unity

In this entire episode, Owaisi made it clear that Pakistan should be isolated internationally. He has demanded the Indian government take strict action against terrorism.
