Chandigarh: Anti Gangster Task Force (AGTF) of Punjab Police has arrested two most-wanted Lawrence Bishnoi gang operatives from the Patiala-Ambala national highway near Shambhu village, Punjab Police Director General Gaurav Yadav said on Thursday, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
Both these criminals are history sheeters and involved in more than 15 heinous crimes in Punjab, Delhi, Rajasthan and Gujarat.

The FIR against these two operatives has been registered in Mohali. The accused were also wanted in the recent murder of Bharat Ratan in Fazilka.
In the meantime, ahead of Independence Day, the Punjab Police have tightened the security across the state, and all Police units have been asked to be on high alert.
Special DGP (Law and Order) Arpit Shukla said that to ensure the confidence among Police teams have been conducting flag marches at the sensitive areas in all 28 police districts simultaneously. He said that search operations at the vulnerable spots are also being carried out.
Shukla said that all these excerises are being done to boost the confidence of the public. Such excersises also prepar police personnel to tackle any untoward situation.
Special DGP (Law and Order) Arpit Shukla said the special cordon and search operation is being carried out under the supervision of a SP-rank officer at all crowded places like railway stations, bus stands, markets, shopping malls, public parks throughout the state.
