After Dhankhar's resignation, the BJP will now have to fulfill two important responsibilities:

Amidst these political changes, speculations of cabinet expansion are also gaining momentum. According to a report, some new faces may get a place in the cabinet, while some existing ministers may also be given new responsibilities. This may lead to major changes in both the government and the BJP.

Recently, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat gave a statement regarding the age of 75 years for leaders, which many opposition parties considered as a signal for Prime Minister Modi. In this context, it is also worth mentioning that Jagdeep Dhankhar turned 74 in May.
