New Delhi: Monsoon is raining heavily in the country's capital Delhi-NCR, UP and Haryana. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Delhi today. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather can suddenly change and there is also a forecast of storm. According to the update released by the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain at many places in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram tomorrow.

Light to moderate rain is possible in Sikkim, Northeast India, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, North Bihar, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, East Rajasthan, Gujarat region, Madhya Maharashtra, parts of Vidarbha and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

According to the Dynamite News correspondent, during the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with heavy rain at some places may occur in West Bengal, parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, North Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, North Rajasthan, parts of Punjab, Haryana, Konkan and Goa, Coastal Karnataka and Kerala.

How will the weather be in UP today?

Talking about different states of the country apart from Delhi NCR, according to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of extremely heavy rain at different places in Rajasthan on July 15. There may be rain in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, eastern Uttar Pradesh during July 15-20. Apart from this, heavy rain may occur in many districts of Jammu and Kashmir during July 15-17, Punjab on July 16, Western Uttar Pradesh during July 16-20.

Heavy rain in 25 districts

Senior meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh said that there will be heavy rain in a total of about 25 districts including eastern UP on Tuesday and Wednesday. Apart from this, an alert has been issued for strong wind and lightning along with thunderstorms in 34 districts. Light to moderate rain may occur in the surrounding districts including Lucknow. At the same time, there are indications of good rain in western Uttar Pradesh for two days from Wednesday.

Monsoon havoc in Himachal Pradesh

Monsoon havoc continues in Himachal Pradesh. It is raining every day in Himachal due to which people are facing a lot of trouble. At the same time, rain is expected in many districts of Himachal even today.

According to the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA), heavy rains during the monsoon season have affected life and property in parts of Himachal Pradesh and claimed the lives of 106 people between June 20 and July 15, 2025.
