The court ordered stringent measures to avoid any obstruction during the process and underlined the significance of public safety especially for vulnerable groups. It is the responsibility of the authorities to sterilize the dogs and make sure they are not put back on the streets. A thorough report on shelter infrastructure along with a targeted strategy for efficiently managing stray dog populations throughout the area is anticipated shortly.
